Hey there! We want to make this simple, so here’s what you need to know about returns:

Returning Your Mataluu

If something isn’t quite right, no worries! You’ve got 30 days to send it back. Just make sure everything is clean, unworn, and still has all tags and original packaging.

Heads up: Items that aren’t in tip-top shape (washed, used, or damaged) won’t be refunded and will come right back to you.

Only Mataluu from Us, Please!

We only accept returns on Mataluu items bought directly from mataluu.com. If you bought Mataluu from another store or site, please reach out to them for returns.

 The Return Process

1. Find Your Return Form - Inside your parcel, you’ll see a return form with easy steps to follow. Just fill it out, pack up your item, and you’re good to go.

2. Stick the Label On - You’ll find a return label included in every order. Pop it on the outside of your box, bring it to a parcel shop that works with our delivery partner on the label, and they’ll take care of the rest.
